Cancellation Policy

At Zumbasa.com we understand sometimes you have a change of mind about your purchase.

 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Please contact us on support@zumbasas.com to do the same. You cancellation will be effective within 24 hours of confirmation email sent by us. One of our executives will provide you with a period after which your refund will be credited back to your card in case of credit/debit card payment.

If cancellation email is sent later than 24 hours, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount only if the order has not been packaged or shipped. Once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled.

 

STORE CREDIT:

We do not issue cash refunds for returns, we will credit your Zumbasa account for the entire amount of the purchase. This credit can be used for all future purchases. If your store credit exceeds the total amount of your next purchase, the balance amount can be used for other future purchases. Vice Versa, if your store credit is less than the purchase amount, then the owed amount can be paid through one of our payment forms.
